Seven hiding places are laid by travelling cyclists along the green route “Zhivaya Voda” in Mogilev region. The hiding places were laid while testing the first part of the route (Mogilev, Dribin, Chausy, Mstislavl, Krichev districts). Its length of 300 kilometers was covered by travelling cyclists within 4 days.

Krichev district has introduced the service “social taxi”, the director of Krichev district centre of social services Tatiana Solovieva informed. The project aims at the elderly people and the disabled in need of medical rehabilitation. The taxi will deliver its customer to polyclinics, hospitals, and even bathes. When needed, a social worker will be in a car.

The first filed in Belarus was examined, fertilized and sown using space technologies. The field is situated at sovkhoz “Dobrovolets”, Klichev district of Mogilev region.

17 houses, 18 outhouses and 4 country cottages have been underflooded in Shklov because of the increased water level in the Dnieper and the Serebryanka rivers, Mogilev region department of the MES informed.

April 7, Gorki, parental neglect resulted in tragedy – a 2-year child fell off the flat on the second floor. The child has been in hospital in a very poor condition.

In April the first Belarusian fish hatchery at Gorki Agriculture Academy starts selling trout baby fishes. The information is provided by the Academy. The hatchery was built with a Finnish technology last year. Its production capacity makes up to 3 m baby fishes a year. The project attracted Br50 bln of investments from the national budget. It will end with the deficit of valuable baby fishes at fish breeding enterprises of Belarus. The fish hatchery will also export its production. At the moment the fish hatchery holds export negotiations with Smolensk and Pskov regions.

Parents of five-year old Vanya Sarenkov from Krasnopoliye seek for your help. After the accident of solo-asphyxiation when he was close to death Vanya’s brain was seriously damaged. 10 minutes without oxygen has done a cruel thing. Vanya is not able to move, talk, take food. The boy can not manage without anybody’s help. He needs constant exercises and massage.

“Belye Nochi” Hotel in Belynichi has been reconstructed, and the town boasts of a three-star hotel. It took almost 2 years and more than Br 9 bln invetsed by “Zhilkomkhoz” to complete the reconstruction, deputy ideology director of “Zhilkomkhoz” Nikolai Cytsevich told.

March, 4 2 baby carriages were set on fire on the ground floor of a block of flats in Polykovichi village, Mogilev district. The information is provided by Olga Nekhoroshih, a senior inspector of Propaganda and Education Centre of Mogilev Regional Emergency Situations Office.

A new administrative and hotel complex opened at Zvenchatka agritownship (Klimovichi district) on the border with Smolensk region. The complex comprises 9 accommodation rooms, a café for 60 visitors, and a parking. As a result, 15 new jobs have been generated.

Special centres for training specialists in ideology will be established in each district of Mogilev region by 2014, the head of ideology department of Mogilev region executive committee Andrei Kuntsevich told during the department board.

More than Br45 mln was donated by Belarus population for restoration and reconstruction of Bykhov castle, a source at the ideology department of Bykhov district executive committee informed. The district executive committee opened a charitable bank account to attract funds for reconstructing the national historic and cultural site at the beginning of January. People caring about the history and cultural heritage of Bykhov, Mogilev region as well as other Belarusian regions placed money on the account.
