In January-July nominal average monthly salary in Mogilev region made up Br1,458,500 (particularly in July - Br1,697,100). Its growth rate comparing with the same period of the previous year is 145.9 % and 146.9 % respectively, the head of labour, employment and social protection committee of Mogilev region executive committee Svetlana Tarasenko told the correspondent of the site. In July nominal average monthly salary in Mogilev region grew by Br82,500 (comparing with that of June) but taking in mind consumer price index growth the real salary increased only by 1.6%.

Mogilev Regional Executive Committee discussed the situation at the consumer market. Petr Rudnik, the chief of the regional administration, paid special attention to the main items of the President’s session held last Friday. The results of the session are rather positive: the executive authorities’ targets today are to increase the salaries and decrease prices.
Petr Rudnik stressed the necessity to increase salaries by 10-15%. At the same time this increase should be determined by high labour productivity. In P.Rudnik’s words, successful marketing mix for the region’s companies is to produce competitive goods and sell them abroad.

Nominal monthly salary in Mogilev region in January-March of 2011 made up Br1,320,600; that of March - Br1,383,500. Thus, growth rate comparing to the respective periods of the year 2010 is 145.6% and 144.2% correspondently, - Svetlana Tarasenko, the head of labour, employment and social protection of Mogilev region executive committee, told.
Average salary in March rose by Br86,600 (6.7%) comparing to that of February.

By the year of 2015 the salary of employees of agricultural sphere should reach $750’s.
This is one of the objectives set for the next 5-year period. The Agricultural Territory Development Program has been discussed by the sitting of Mogilev region executive committee to promote arriving at the goal.

This week’s sitting of Mogilev region executive committee dealt with proper salary providing necessities of life. At the beginning Petr Rudnik focused on the problem of paying salaries on time.
According to the report of labour and social protection management department of Mogilev region executive committee, Bobruisk “FanDOK” was the only institution that hadn’t paid salaries to its employees by Monday. Employees of all the rest regional enterprises were paid salaries on time; the average salary made up $250 minimum.

In December 2011 Mogilev region’s average salary is to make at least $600. The target has been made by Petr Rudnik, the chief of Mogilev Regional Executive Committee.
In Petr Rudnik’s words, in 2010 the region paid special attention to the questions of salary growth and payments. In December 2010 the region’s average salary totaled Br1.5 bln or $480 in equivalent.
