Pupils representing Mogilev region won 80 diplomas at the National School Subjects Olympiads. The region’s victory list includes 19 first diplomas, 26 second diplomas and 35 third diplomas. Supreme team champions are Mogilev region’s pupils who competed in Russian and Biology. In addition 23 pupils got testimonials of good progress.

October, 22-26 6 best Mogilev region’s students representing Mogilev gymnasium №1, the lyceum of Belarusian-Russian University, secondary school №5 and Bobruisk’s secondary school №27 take part in the finals of the Union State’s Olympiad “Belarus and Russia – historical and spiritual community”.

A pupil from Bobruisk won a bronze medal at the international school olympiad on geography held in Cologne. Two more bronze medals were won by the Belarusian pupils – Alexei Kirikovich, gymnasium pupil from Gantsevichi, and Ilya Uljyanovich, school №6 pupil from Borisov.

Timofei Novolayev from Mogilev State Regional Lyceum №3 and Dmitry Solovyev from Bobruisk Gymnasium №2 won 2 bronze medals at the 46th Mendeleyev School Chemistry Olympiads in Kazakhstan.

Mogilev region’s secondary school pupils and vocational school students won 86 diplomas at the final stage of the National School Subjects Olympiads. The collection includes 23 first diplomas comparing with 15 first diplomas last year. The total results of the Olympiads led the region to the third place following Minsk City and Grodno region.

On March 19-24, Mogilev state regional lyceum №3 hosts the Republican Informatics Olympiad among students of secondary, vocational-technical and specialized secondary educational establishments, a correspondent of the site was told at education department of Mogilev region executive committee.

Mogilev region completed the third stage of the National School Subjects Olympiads among pupils of secondary and vocational schools. According to the Regional Education Office, 87 pupils got the first degree diplomas, 135 – the second degree diplomas. The winners got a premium of Br140-280 thousand.

Mogilev region’s Subjects Olympiads will gather about 2 thousand pupils of secondary schools and vocational schools. The participants are the winners of district and town subjects competitions. Mogilev region’s pupils won the first team place at the Olympiads of School children of the Union State. The Olympiads took place on October, 31 – November, 7 in Gomel. The name of the event was “Russia and Belarus: historical and spiritual community”. The information is provided by the Education Department of the regional authorities.

The winners of the national Olympiads in Russian and Russian literature, winners of the speech mastery contest will go on “the Russia’s Gold Ring” tour. The information is provided by the Education Department of Mogilev Regional Executive Committee.

The visit “Hello, Russia” takes place on July, 27 – August, 4. It is arranged by the Russian Federation’s Embassy to the Republic of Belarus. Nine days of the visit to Russia include excursions to Moscow and the tour “the Russia’s Gold Ring”.

Mogilev pupils won 392 diplomas at the completed stage of the National School Subject Olympiads. It is 55 diplomas more comparing with 2010. According to the Education Department of Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, this year more pupils have managed to overcome fifty-percent of the Olympiads tasks.

Natalya Morgunova, a leading specialist of the Education Department says that pupils from Mogilev got the most diplomas – 114, then go Bobruisk pupils – 79 diplomas. Among educational establishments the leader is regional lyceum №3 – 41 diplomas. Regional lyceum №1 got 39 diplomas, 33 diplomas went to Mogilev gymnasium №1.
